Solar Assistant and power saving mode on eg4 6500

I have a eg4 6500 and 3 eg4 batteries that loose a lot of charge during an evening whit no load. Solar Assistant has a power save mode option in the inverter settings, just checking if this will do anything or not. Thought someone might have some ampnswers.

It doesn't actually do anything. If you try to change to that setting, I believe it will just throw a communication error on the page.

Thanks for your response, I was hoping if you enable that option it would go to a standby mode without having to manually do that on the inverter. As a new small 5k solar install for power backup and day to day usage, I really appreciated all your videos.

Yeah unfortunately to my knowledge the only way to put the inverter in standby mode is by the button on the front of the unit.

To make it worth running all night, you could try moving over a load that might run throughout the night like a wifi router/modem or a fridge.
