Tesla system does not seem to be working correctly.

My 1 YO Tesla solar system seems to be under producing. The system was designed with 12 panels, 8 facing west and 4 facing south. The South string doesn't seem to produce power. How would one verify this or test the power each string is actually producing? I did look at the Jason Cox thing but that's way above my capabilities.

Have you contacted Tesla?

If there is nothing in the app.... a clamp-on DC ammeter can tell if power is moving from that string that seems dead.
