The Discover AES battery 48-48-5120, says it is UL9540 approved. Need some help with a compatible off grid inverter.

I am trying to design a standalone off-grid residential system in southern california using something like four eg4 - 6000xp's and several batteries. The system has to be UL9540 approved here (ul9540A is not enough). The Discover 48V battery says it is ul9540 approved, but I've heard that the eg4-6000Xp's are not. Any suggestions on a compatible Inverter/battery system fully UL9540 approved??? Also, I just noticed that ESS systems installed in utility closets must be under 40KWH to meet UL9540. However, the code seems to allow additional ESS in adjoining areas like a garage. Anybody come accross similar issues with a good solution??

9540 requires the inverter and battery to be listed in combination. I think for example that Discover battery is listed with the XW.
