Victron Cerbo GX or Victron Multiplus II inverter to auto start generator?

I have a Victron Multiplus II inverter connected to a Cerbo GX. I want to auto start a two wire generator. Both of these units can do the auto start. Is there a recommendation for which unit to use for auto starting the generator?

I would let the cerbo do it, then you can see extra information (and control the times the auto-start runs) directly from the cerbo display.

It sounds like using the Cerbo GX is the way to go. I'll have to see if I can find the the terminal blocks that came with it. I think I know where they are.

I never got this hooked up. I upgraded my Cerbo GX to 3.10 and now the Cerbo GX is doing crazy things.

Can you clarify what you mean by "crazy things"?
