Will reflective roof sealer heat up the house?

I'm building a solar panel pergola over a terrace that has walls on 3 sides. The solar panels are bifacial.

Initially I was thinking of using a reflective roof sealer, that also says it reduces heat, but I'm wondering if it will cause the area under the pergola to become more hot since there's not much room for air to escape.

This is the product Im considering using.

If you can reflect light/heat before it gets to you, you will be cooler. But the "roof" of a pergola is made of 2" lumber on edge. This surface isn't big enough to reflect anything meaningful.

The roof reflection would be the terrace floor thats underneath the pergola, and reflects sunlight back up to the bifacial solar panels.
