In ur case put bt protocol OFF - if use bt protocl serial protocols and rs485 protocol will turn off.
Put Serial protocol OFF and RS485 on if u connect on Serial 2

Ur setup:
Can Interface: BT CAN
RE485 Protocol: JKBms
Can Protocol: Growatt / Pylon / Semplos
