What size is your generator?
Increase the generator charge current to ~110A.
The amperage settings are for the DC side.

I'm betting you mean 8000 running watts, just make sure you leave enough overhead to run your loads.

Generator is 8,000 running watts.

Just commissioned a EG4 6000XP and PowerPro.
It's 100% off grid, have the generator set up but the 6000XP is only charging the battery...
