My First System is Up and Running

I have to say it was a little intimidating at first, but seems to be working well.

Okay so there is this reset button and if you hold it down it resets the BMS :fp Now it all works and the voltages are almost identical to the first one.

    Expert Power 100 AH Battery

I purchased 2 of these batteries and they arrived today. They were well-packaged and nice-looking batteries. The first showed a voltage 52.74 and cell voltages on 13 of the cells was 3.296 on two cells 3.297 and one at 3.295. The other battery the switch was on and the BMS did not display at...

    The Fun Begins

I am just getting started. I have 22 315 watt panels, but only space for 6 right now. Two 100AH batteries are on the way. And this inverter setup. One question I have already is, there is a bus for PV+ in for each charge controller but not for PV-, negatives coming out of the charge...

Used EG4 3000 watt inverters question.

Thank you sunshineeggo and Matt4b. The current version of this inverter sells for $675.00. So $400 a piece would be fair then? And yes at this location this may be permanent. I live in MN so not sure what to do for batteries in the winter as I won't be heating this for a week at a time.

Used EG4 3000 watt inverters question.

This might be set up at a remote garage, and the inverters would not necessarily have to be powered on all the time. I would be running basic power tools, a propane furnace and lights for maybe four hours a day off and on.

Used EG4 3000 watt inverters question.

This is a starter system and I think they will. I will most likely get a bigger system in the future.
