regulator limitation is 16.7v i have used it with another battery but with normal bms but this new battery is with daly bms first time i use it and is in the night so there is no power now but the problem still stand

first 2 month its all good but now the cell number one will charge to 4.2 then it drops to 3.7 and after i put load on it it drop even more to 3.4 i arrange the cells by the mah on them manually. every pack has 150 cell from 2300mah to 1700 mah
