Thanks. In theory if I add a AC input neutral to AC output neutral jumper and somehow the inverters SBU side N/G bond starts working again then I would have N/G bond at inverter and at main panel, if SBU switches over to grid right?

Make sure setting 15 is lower then setting 12, and that setting 12 is lower than setting 4. Setting 4 must be lower than setting 14. If that's not the case, you may not be able to adjust setting 4.
