  • Post in thread: Lifepo4 - ideal charging parameters?

I'd trust the tests done specifically for your cells at the current and voltage that they support. The graph I posted and referenced would only be a general guideline and would most apply to a similar lifepo4 battery of the same capacity and characteristics. The graphs you posted appear to be...

  • Post in thread: Anker 767 with an EcoFlow 220W bifacial solar panel

The INPUT specs of the Anker 767's charge controller will support 60 volts at 20 amps so it should handle up to two panels in series that have a VOC of 21.8V and a 13A ISC. The XT60 connector itself is rated up to 60Amps so it would not affect efficiency.
  • Post in thread: Best portable solar 200w portable panels for Anker 767 generator

I've gone over the specs of the Anker 767 and their solar input specs make it hard to max out their controller to the 1000 Watts indicated without buying their own branded solar panels. Their solar input specs are really dialed in to supporting their own 200w panel's specs which have a 57.6 Voc...
  • Post in thread: Enphase microinverter powered by 24Volt battery bank which is conected to solar and wind turbine can I do this?

How much peak power does this this old system produce? You may want to look for posts on the forum that discuss the GTIL2 (grid tie only) inverters which I believe would work in place of the microinverter option you mentioned.
  • Post in thread: Anyone have experience with heat shrink tube to wrap prismatic cells? I am getting wrinkles :-(

Where did you get the shrink wrap to do a whole cell? I like the way it looks and your idea of including a cutting board within the wrap. I also wonder about shrink wrapping four cells together to add some compressive force to the cells?
  • Post in thread: Terminals on 304AH cells are these too small for 300Amps?

It looks like my concerns have already been addressed in a prior thread: https://diysolarforum.com/threads/concerned-about-new-eve-3-2v-280ah-lifepo4-cell-manufacturing-design-change.24969/ and tested here...
  • Post in thread: Solar charging anker 757

The specs of the 757 says it can take solar power input up to 30V @10A so as long as you connect only one panel to the unit you should be good. The issue is that connecting two 120w panels in series or parallel will either over volt or over current their built in charge controller. Two 18v...
  • Post in thread: Lifepo4 - ideal charging parameters?

If yours is a 12v system and you want to get to about 90% SOC and do it with a simple charge controller using voltage termination only and not worrying about an absorption charge, then I'd suggest setting the termination voltage to somewhere right around 14.4V should get you close to that 90%...
  • Post in thread: Bluetti AC200 connection cables

The plug shown in your post I don't believe would work as it is a twist on/off to secure it type plug. This plug below looks very similar to the plug the Bluetti uses and I'd be more confident it would work. I think the SA20 size is what is needed...
  • Post in thread: DeltaPro + External batteries

I had the same question, and wonder if any adventurous soul as tried or done this? The DeltaPro is a 48v system you would need 4x12v batteries or 16 raw LiFePo4 cells. Looking at the cable that connects one DeltaPro to another, there appears to be some communication pins that may cause an...
  • Post in thread: Is there a way to utilize the power produced by a solar array/charge controller after a battery is full?

I have a Victron based solar power system on my RV. It includes four 200 watt solar panels connected to a Victron SmartSolar 100/50 charge controller. There's also a SmartShunt, a MultiPlus-II 2x 120V, and a 300AH LiFePo4 battery. A Cerbo GX connects it all together for monitoring. That said...
  • Post in thread: Enphase microinverter powered by 24Volt battery bank which is conected to solar and wind turbine can I do this?

Here's some information on how others have used a wind turbine and enphase microinverter to possibly do what you are thinking of though these videos and PDF are doing so without a battery backup option: Here's a link to a college thesis of how a microinverter was used with a wind turbine...
  • Post in thread: Anker 767 with an EcoFlow 220W bifacial solar panel

The input spec for the 767 is different than any other system I've seen as it gives two current options based on the voltage. It says for the input 11-32V=10A;32-60V=20A. The specs of your URE 365 panel shows a VOC of 40.7V as you stated but the Max Power Voltage is 34.2V (or working voltage)...
  • Post in thread: Terminals on 304AH cells are these too small for 300Amps?

Just received 64 EVE 304AH cells and welded to the positive and negative terminals are M6 posts/studs on an 11mm base. (see images below) The issue I'm concerned about is that the base is only a few mm thick at best and placing the busbar provided for interconnects over top of it doesn't give me...
