I have two panels I connected in series... Now when I test with my ohm meter for polarity the positive is negative and the negative is positive...Is this suppose to be this way? Totally confused....Thanks in advance

I just ordered a 240v variable speed pool pump motor..Planning on running it at its lowest level which is 600 watts.. I have 2k in panels .. I do not have thousands of dollars for batteries.. So Is there a way to just hook the panels directly to an inverter and during the summer days just let...

For the life of me all I read is you must use UL listed inverter for your home..If you do not and a fire happens you are out of luck insurance will not pay.. So if this is true why does everyone use non UL inverters?

I want to check the diodes on this Jinko panel but after opening up the back panel it looks like Jinko filled it with some kind of white foam... Can I get to the diodes without doing any damage trying to remove this white stuff? Is it some kind of heat sink type foam? Any ideas thanks in advance
