Hi All, I got a working system which is not allowed to feed into the grid.
It's a growatt SPH3600 - 1500wp PV - Easton modbus meter - 4x bosch lead/acid.
It is installed in Italy (holiday home) where it is not allowed to feed in (no bidirection meter), all what is feed in, it counts.
During the daytime when the pv is active it feed the batteries and the loads.
When the batteries are full the inverter still export +- 100 into the grid day and night.
It there anybody with the same issue? and which settings are used to get it on zero.

Thank you

Hi, I have a similar problem with the same inverter. However, I don't have a meter for export limiting, my system uses a current transformer to provide feedback to the inverter. As I have only recently installed the system, I haven't had much time to investigate the problem, but it is looking like a software issue with the inverter. This is supported by the fact that you have the same issue when using a meter. If you manage to find out anything, I would be very grateful. If I can fix it, I will post the information here.

I think also it's a software issue. After many contacts with the helpdesk of Growatt in Holland is very quit from them. I think the als have no solution for this. If I got a fix I will post it.

Just found another problem with this inverter. The DRMS function doesn't work. This is used for remote control of exported power. I guess another software issue. I'm beginning to wish I'd bought a different inverter!

I jus got 2 of these inverters running. I don't youse the DRMS function (not needed).Yes it was better to choose for a Victron system but you only can spend your pennies once. I hope that there will be come a better software version witch will solve all small issues. I'm very happy of the quality of the Growatt inverters.

Did you guys have to do anything special get this working? I’m using Growatt Smart meter SM-US-200 get tall three green lights. I can see the meter in the Growatt dash board. It’s talking to the inverter but Zero data coming through. I have enabled the Exporting limiter and turned on smart meter. Checked my voltages and clamp directions You guys have any ideas what I could try?

I am still battling with the settings. If I enable zero export and set it to 0% then the inverter keeps exporting. So still no solution here.
