I have mine set up with a transfer switch like that. I’ve had to use it twice now for different issues on the inverters. This allows you to isolate the inverters completely out of the house if you need to.

Did you try removing both output grounds and wiring your main panel ground to your critical panel ground? I’d try to measure your ground wires into the inverters to see if you have anything showing up there.

Yeah, I’d likely recommend starting by removing one of the output grounds. If that doesn’t work then I would remove both output grounds and then tie the ground between the two panels if possible. Basically you don’t want to create loops, which is what you have in that config.

I’d recommend it 100%. No one wants to rewire the grid into their panel of a failure happens. I can bypass my entire system in 5 seconds if needed.

Can you provide a quick sketch of your ground and neutral wiring associated with your inverters? Example do you have both AC input and output ground wires connected? You might just have a ground loop on your critical loads panel that is causing some ground imbalance in your Main panel.

I think I’m in that group of LV6548’s with flicker. I need to get a scope on this thing to see if it’s isolated to just one unit. I’ve had one unit give me a lot more issues than the other. I need to do more to isolate and characterize the issue.

Yeah, I have Homeseer dimmers. Regardless is still says there is something unstable on the line. Mine isn’t as bad as OPs hence why I’m not pushing a solution that hard, but I’d just like the comfort of having the output stable

I have the same on my LV6548’s. It’s due to the inverters staying in sync with the grid so they can swap between. I haven’t really looked at the circuit to see why it’s that much, but it’s reasonable to assume that it’s not zero.

52V is fine, your cutoff is fine down to around 48V. Reference the LiFePower4 data sheet for the settings. You’ll need to pay close attention to how you do the ground connections. A diagram would help a lot. This is mine below.
