Straight through meaning a standard Ethernet cable? I have a box of a million standard cables. I can also make whatever cable needed.

The "how do I keep my batteries at a minimum of 50%" setting is under DISCHARGE SETTINGS, ON-GRID CUT-OFF SOC. I have mine set at 50% so I always have something in the tank in case of an outage.

Also, your firmware on the battery isn't the most up to date. BUT I had that firmware up and running without issues so I don't think that is your problem. It's not a super old firmware.

I updated my firmware to 1919 last night, changed zero settings, but now I'm getting some weird behavior. My battery is full, and my DC coupled solar is shutting down instead of selling to the grid. The DC coupled solar will trickle in a few watts here and there to keep the battery topped off...
