I have a 24v 10s LTO bank im going to use in my RV to plug into the shore power cord. My RV shore power cord is a 50 amp plug. Is there any 24v --> 120v inverters that have a 50 amp or even 30 amp plug? just since regular american plugs are limited to 15 - 20 amps, I would like to be able to get full power from the plug, instead of having to run extension cords from multiple outlets from the inverter.

How much power are you planning on using from the inverter/how big of an inverter are you wanting? You can make/buy adapters to do just that (household 15/20a to 30a and 30a to 50a) for a smaller inverter or most larger inverters have lugs for the output anyway. Just make a cord from the output lugs. If they did make such an inverter it'd cost 4x as much just for that feature marketed to RVers.

50amp is 240v. Most inverters have wire terminals for you to put any plug you want. For 50a you need 12000w split phase. 30a is 3600w. You can use any size inverter with a 30 or 50a plug you just won't get that much power.

It makes the most sense to get a victron inverter and connect the shore plug into its input then the inverter output into the breaker. This way you always have power so when you plug into shore it charges and unplugged it drains

30a is always 120v. 50a is often 240v. Victron makes a 2x120v unit that handles 30a 120v (2 120v outputs), 50a 120v (2 120v outputs bridged), and 50a 240v (2 x 120v split). So no matter your shore power configuration (at least 30a or 50a) it will handle it as 2 120v circuits on the boat or RV. https://a.co/d/6fOph3K
