Solar Scott
New Member
Just commissioned and operating mostly on defaults. No wi-if. There are 9 working modes shown on pg40/41 in the 6000XP manual. I do not have a TOU (time of use) rate plan.
I’m not sure where to start on the LCD settings:
Setting 10 -TEOd voltage/SOC to discharge
Setting 11 -CutOFF voltage/soc based on #10
Setting 14 -charge setting
Setting 15 -AC input load timer settings
I have 6000XP, (10 x 400w) array currently @ 296v on a cloudy/rainy day, one LL-S Battery. Second battery arriving 12/18/23 (in 2 days)
I put a 10% load on it with a de-humidifier and some lights through a critical load panel. NO communication errors, NO faults, it’s working!
(Not working with wi-fi dongle for now)
Thanks Phillip at SS for the commissioning guidance.
Any help/advice to move forward on LCD settings would be greatly appreciated. This system was purchased as back up power for fridges, freezers and well pump in the event of blackouts. I would like to maximize the utilization of solar during grid up conditions as a return on the investment.
