batteries always at 90/98 % charged is this healthy ?

A fortunate position to be in ?
I have 3x 200ah Li batteries in the off grid system and with 28 x 400 watt panels feeding a normal size house , my batteries are
always in a fully charged state .
I am always looking for things to use up power , even converted the oven from gas to electric .
I cannot seem to use enough electricity to lower this state ,
is this going to affect the life of the batteries in time , or am I being over cautious ?

As long as these are LFP batteries, and you allow them to settle (i.e., float, with a voltage of around 3.375V per cell) you're fine.

Mine bitcoin 24/7. At night it will draw down the battery. For added affect, add a mini-split to keep the miners cool.
