Never seen one . Use a temperature sensor board $3 to drive a 100 Amp capable relay which is in the battery negative line after the BMS maybe . Some of them you can set high and low cutoffs but maybe you will need two separate. I'd go for Mosfets rather than relays on the temp board.
Maybe a latching relay would suite best. Normally on but switched off by a pulse when temp below 0 C back on when temp comes up . I use one of them to control my inverter fan and it works great.
