Charge Controller setting for Nissan Leaf Batteries (NMC) 48 V Nominal

Hi there, I have 8 Nissan Leaf Battery packs that are configured as 48 V nominal packs. 2.5 Kwhr each pack for a total of 20kWhr. They are 14S with 7 modules per pack. I have been running these between 48 and 58 volts for a couple of years now, but have never really been clear on bulk, absorb, float settings. Does someone have a clear picture on Charge controller settings to avoid longterm problems and yet maximize battery capacity?

My understanding of ncm is as follows

charge below 0.8C rate to 4.2v/cell
Full charge when current has dropped to 3% charge rate.
