Charging and Discharging Current for Parallel Cells

Perhaps a stupid beginner question, but could not find the answer yet:
My DIY LiFePo bank consists of 16 CATL cells 280Ah, in a 8S2P configuration, creating a bank of 560 Ah at 24V.
The cell's data sheet specifies 0.25P as standard charge/discharge current.
So is my standard charge current for the entire bank 70A (0.25 * 280Ah) as for one individual cell, or is it 140A (0.25 * 560Ah), as for each group of two parallel cells?
Thank you very much for your help.

In a parallel connection the amps add up and voltage stays the same. In a serial connection the voltage adds up and amps stay the same. So 140A in total for your 2 packs.

Thanks Ellcon for your reply. There may be a little misunderstanding: I do not have 2 battery packs in parallel, but I have only 1 bank, in which pairs of 280 Ah cells are paralleled and 8 of such pairs are then in series. Does this change the picture?
