Communicating Current Limiting Battery Charger

I'm looking for a communicating charge controller. A 120/208/240vac battery charger that I can remotely adjust the charge current with. Something like the "EG4 Chargeverter 48V 100A Battery Charger" but with a serial interface that allows for dynamic rate of charge.

I have an existing grid tie system that I'd like to use to charge a battery bank only after 7PM when the export wholesale rates aren't worth it... but this is also the TOD when I'm typically only producing 400watts of excesses power but up to 800watts and as little as 0.

Any ideas for me?
