Hello folks, complete newbie here so please forgive me if I am completely ignorant on any of my facts here or your answers go way above my head.

I have an Anker Solix F3800 when I use it with my Anker 400W solar panel it works fantastic. I am working on adding 3 RCA 275W panels to the setup. I setup the 3 panels in series and am when I plug it into the Anker I am getting the DC Input to light up (so it is "recognizing" that panels are there but for some reason I am not getting any input watts from the 3 panels. I am sure i am missing something very silly.

What is the max input voltage of your SCC?
It it’s 100V then you have too many volts in your 3S array (38Voc x 3).

What are specs on your 400W panel?

Thanks so much for the reply. Again my apologies if I’m not understanding this. My assumption is the Anker is housing my SCC in this case the only spec I can find in all manuals is 2400W max from solar. I see no voltage max although im sure there is one. See pic for the 400w panel spec

Q3 in the FAQ at the bottom suggests 60V is the max but it mentions when using a charge controller.
Poor documentation for sure on this critical spec.
