Covering exposed metal (e.g., inverter studs)

I'm getting nervous about the exposed metal in my test setup. the most egregious things are the exposed 5/16" studs on my inverter. Most other things are covered ok. I can't seem to find any good off the shelf solutions for that. Are there covers that go over studs and maybe over the lugs a little as well?

Messy wad of electrical tape.

I've used a piece of a milk jug cut and taped to shape as well to cover up things for a temporary barrier.
