Thank you to Jocelyn from Current Connected for remotely fixing my Multiplus today!! I’m out here at Country Thunder and somehow my battery settings got wiped out when I updated my firmware before I left. I actually looked at my laptop, and thought to myself “Everything’s been running great, I don’t need to pack that!”. Well, my CPAP shut off before the sun came up, and that is not fun. I got the batteries charging, but they were showing full way too soon. After hours of messing with everything, I finally narrowed it down to charger settings, and then realized that I had no way to correct the issue, but a call to Current Connected and Jocelyn was able to get me fixed up!!
