Delamination of brand new Rich Solar Poly panels

Hi folks,

I have recently purchased a new poly panel 100w from Rich Solar and it arrived with some delamination. I am not sure if this is a major issue, should I return the panel? 5 of the 45 cells on the panel are showing some delamination, none of the areas are larger than a quarter but I am concerned they will spread over time. Any help would be appreciated.

Update: Rich Solar contacted me by email and offered to either replace the solar panel or refund me $30 of the purchase price. I am new to solar, what are the potential ramifications of this delamination? Is it worth it to get a big discount on the panels or should I opt to get them replaced? The philosophy of use for this panel is as a portable panel to be used to charge the batteries in my camper and be stowed much of the time. I have their 20 foot extension cables so I can put the camper in shade and the panel in sun.

Replace. The fact that you received those strongly suggests that those panels received ZERO quality control before they left the factory.
