Deye Firmware Tracker Thread

Edit: sorry it's for microinverter !

Does this mean that with the wifi dongle connected and up to date, the inverter will upgrade itself after 30 minutes?

Yeh just the micro inverters

Has anyone here ever managed to get the firmware and upgrade tool from Deye?

I emailed this morning saying my inverter was off-grid on land with no internet access. I await their response...

Yeh, they had trouble with connection with my inverters one time so they gave up and sent me the file and instructions on how to do it.

I have just been updated to HMI C362 + MAIN: 0-4384-1515.

C362 comes with the following functions (and others see point 6):

1689352402097.png

1) HMI: 0000-C362 MAIN: 0-4384-1515
2) Upgraded
3) Date of upgrade : 14.07.2023
4) SUN-6K-SG03LP1-EU
5) Single phase - 230V - 50Hz
6) See : https://diysolarforum.com/threads/deye-firmware-tracker-thread.39508/post-785489

My stick logger has also been updated from LSW3_15_FFFF_1.0.84 to MW3_16U_5406_1.57 (fixes important security issues).

Almost all computer equipment can be bios updated via a down load from the manufacturers website.
How odd.

Hello, which one is the latest firmware on SUN-5K-SG04LP3-EU inverter?
This is what I have:

This is what I have:

Your version numbers are strange...

What do you see on the inverter screen in Device Info ?

I think the latest firmware for SUN-5K-SG04LP3-EU should be:

MAIN: 3384-1515
HMI: 0000-C366

The firmware is updated by the factory thro Solarman they don't release it because some versions use the same hardware and KW are defined by firmware and they don't want us to buy a 5K and upgrade for higher without paying extra.
This is a normal procedure and it's good because if you don't buy the most powerfull of the line you know that your hardware can handle more than you paid.

You may be right, when we analyze the versions of the models below for the SG03-LP1-EU serie ( 3.6K to 6K ), there is only the first digit of the MAIN firmware that changes.

Hello Guys,

I'm newbie here with not too much experience in Solar world, but I'd like to read and learn a lot about this... :)

Recently installed my two DEYE Hybrid 10k inverters with the following version Information:

Type: SUN-10K-SG04LP3-EU
Protocol Version: 0104
HMI: 1001-C031
MAIN: 2005-1123-1807

I'm having trouble to set them paralel - individually those are working well.

Can you please help me how to upgrade them? (and what is the latest version)

Many thanks in advance!

Protocol Version: 0104
HMI: 1001-C037
MAIN: 2005-1140-1807
