We recently purchased 2 EcoFlow Delta Pros with 2 Extra Batteries and the Double Voltage Hub. We got everything put into place for our off grid cabin. We have a 240v cord that runs the entire cabin on a gas generator currently. We plugged the cable into the double voltage hub, turned it on and everything in the cabin started flickering. We immediately shut everything down until we can find the issue. Any thoughts on what might be causing what we believe to be a power surge? This doesn’t happen when the cord is plugged into our 9000w gas generator.

Thanks. Our gas generator handles the load no problem and maxes out at 7500w. Odd that it would overload this system since it’s supposed to be able to handle more load.

Old thread, but remember that larger appliances will often draw more amperage on startup. Sometimes considerably more. Could be that when you plugged in the DPs, everything was starting at once.

This is correct... some appliances do draw more on startup. Also it is crucial to balance the loads. If using LED with dimmer switches it causes this affect.
