EPEVER Tracer 3210AN/Li nuisance warning light, how to clear faults?

I have a flashing red warning light on my MT50 remote display and also when I connect via RS485 to my PC a fault listed in the battery parameters on the Solar Station display for "Battery Lo Temp". This seems to be a historical alarm since the current battery temp is 7.5C, which is well above the battery temp settings. The CC seems to be working fine and disconnects PV power when the battery temps get below 2C, and also restarts charging when temps warm up. My CC is configured for USER mode and I have Lithium temps set as shown. Does anyone know how I can clear this alarm or if it's possible it's still active from a setting I'm not aware of?

Thanks for any help-

Huh. Might be a MT-50 specific problem.

Have you tried unplugging it, waiting a few minutes, and plugging it back in? I would guess that since you needed to do that in order to connect with your computer, this might have already happened. But just in case...

I have tried disconnecting/reconnecting the MT50 display, unfortunately no luck.

Try unplugging the temp. sensor and run without it for a while. This will default the temp. reading to 25C/77F.

I will give that a try. The CC is located behind a bulkhead panel that is a pain to remove , which is why I use the remote. I'll give it a few days and see if it clears on its own before I remove the panel. The CC seems to be working fine, just that pesky red flashing light and error code.

Thanks for the suggestions-

Try clearing all the unprocessed alarms. I don’t have the remote monitor but via the app I regularly go clear any alarms.
