So I have a 2x100W suitcase. They came wired in series and I rewired in parallel.
I installed an SAE port to my camp trailer to plug in these panels to supplement the 4x100W in 4P on the roof, making 6P altogether. All four panels on the roof are fused with appropriate MC4 fuses. But I’m not sure how to best fuse the 2x100W suitcase panels. I can’t use the inline mc4 fuses, because they’re hardwired together. So I can get stand-alone fuses (same kind that go inside the mc4 inline fuses) but what kind of fuse holder do I need to get? What’s it called?
