Growatt SPF5000 UK - Off grid, no AC output

Hi all,

I've recently put a Growatt SPF5000 into a cabin I have to work off grid - when I switch the AC on via the toggle switch on the base of the unit, the display reads that it is in output mode and the correct indicator light flashes to show it's coming from solar & battery - however I'm getting 0 volts across live / neutral. Is this a faulty unit or there is a setting I've missed somewhere? I've tried everything I can thing of.

4 x 575w canadian solar
1 x 48v Fogstar rack battery (Lithium) connected via CAN

Any advice appreciated or is this faulty unit?

Are you sure that you are connected to the AC output? And not the input?

I questioned it myself and triple checked, I've even put the multimeter across those terminals just in case

I’ve just changed the output to 240v and it’s working now? Go figure! The default of 230 was still set but I would have thought that would work!

It's not showing any output voltage. (Top center)

That's odd, but at least it's working.
