I bought the pack batteryhook was selling and took it apart. It has 20 amp LTO cells. Well I had the bright idea of taking all the brackets off just to find out the terminals are a flat piece of aluminum. I was so excited I thought for some reason I would find threads. I need ideas on how to attach a terminal. One thought was drill into the terminal and use a stud or bolt. I emailed Toshiba to ask how deep I can drill. Maybe one of those hand arc welders?? Or try to solder a terminal with alumaloy? You guys have any ideas?
