Hello,
I purchased a battery from Alibaba, and the seller has informed me that the RS485 protocol for the BMS (Battery Management System) is not publicly available. For my project, I need to access specific data such as the current usage, voltage, and charge level. The seller provided a configuration tool that allows me to adjust the settings for different inverter brands. Please see the attached list of inverter manufacturers.
Could anyone with experience in dealing with inverter companies, where the RS485 protocol is known, assist me? I need the necessary commands to retrieve data through a terminal.
The zipped Tool is to big for uploading. I could mail it.
