The Better Business Bureau only reports negative things about its members. If the business is not a member nothing happens. As a business, they are a waste of money and as a consumer, they are a waste of time. Leave the business or product a negative review through social media, Yelp or even better a YouTube video review of their defective product.

Yelp is sort of known for extorting retail establishments, so I refuse to use them anymore.
