Hi.
I have recently moved into a new home where the previous owner had solar pv installed. The inverters (3) consist of 2 x Solar edge and 1 x lux power tek.
I was left very limited info on the set up and have just managed to get set up through Solar edge as the new owner and connected to the app which seems to detail panel output and energy generated.
The lux unit - which has 5 x pylontech batteries connected to it seems to be the more difficult to get myself setup on though.
I found a video of how to connect the unit to my internet but only ever got 2 solid green lights instead of 3 on the dongle.
When I try to register myself and the dongle number and pin it just states ‘dongle already registered’ seeming to mean I can’t progress to setting up my own account.
Any pointers?
