Can I charge battery connected to this system(Mobile 48V Solar Power System!) by running my generator through it to my 48v battery. 3,000W AC Output​

Then most likely yes. You connect the generator to the grid input.

Careful as most inverters are very sensitive to the sine wave that generators put out, and if its not clean/good enough, the inverter will not charge.

I've watched the video that Will did on this system a few times and it looks like good for my needs - power a 1250w portable air conditioner in my work shop this summer.

Question: Is this still the "best" way to go with the EG-4 3000EHV-48 and EG4 LL 48v 100AH Battery? The AIO Inverter seems like a reasonable price. The battery looks pretty pricey however likely integrates well with the Inverter and I've read/watched some good reviews on it.

@Lt.Dan, when using a generator with this configuration, what would be the best way to condition the power from the generator to the AIO?

Skip the AIO and use a chargeverter, perhaps?
