Hello! I am having a serious brain glitch.
Can someone please remind me how to wire my MPP dry contact to my 2 wire start on my gennie?
NO goes to ?
C goes to ?
NC goes to?
I know it is a switch and I just need to close the circuit on the gennie 2-wire to start and open to kill the gennie (triggered by programmed high/low voltage settings in the inverter/charger) but I can what goes where?
Another potentially stupid question...I have a 7.5kW Generac Powerpact gennie and I am off grid, yes, I know...no warranty etc etc...that aside, I currently run an aftermarket trickle charger plugged into my house for the battery cuz the integrated one was designed for "grid power" through a transfer switch which is not applicable to my set up. I always unplug the trickle charger before starting the gennie. Is that necessary?
Thanks for your help!
