11 Months ago i bought From Signiture Solar. three Eg4 6000 Watt inverter. 6 Eg4 lipo4 lithium battery one Rack in which to put the battery's in with breakers and stuff
every thing arrived in good condition no fault was found.
I purchase these on behalf of someone, after installing them in a 3p configuration with 6X540W panel in series on each inverter every thing went fine and worked for three Weeks and then started to misbehave i advise owner to shut the system down from the breakers until i get there the following day.on arrival i thoroughly checked everything and find no visible fault i also checked the panels and connection's +and- all correct so i turned the system on and on doing so the breakers from the battery to the inverters tripped and also one of the battery in the rack .two of the three inverter's never worked after that immidatly got onto signiture solar and report it to them after months of back and forth with them the owner got impatient and started to threaten me with violence i report this signiture solar they then advice me to purchase two inverters and after receiving them remove the damage ones and take them home where we could test them i did as was directed through the test and was advice to return them.i was sent a return label.but unfortunately the label was of no use From Montego Bay Jamaica,so i ended up paying for the return to Texas i could not afford it also i had to borrow the money to pay for the two inverters that i was advice to purchase. i now received a email from signiture solar after i returned the faulty inverters which i dont understand.
With these units being deemed as a first strike, the current options are as followed:
1.) You may send in your unit for repairs at which point you (The Customer) will be responsible for the price of the repairs and shipping costs for both the return and redelivery.
By selecting this option please be aware that there is no eta currently for repairs. The repairs may require us to order parts that may currently be on backorder, and thus may take some time to obtain. The cost would be subject to 1 $150 service charge, the cost of shipping both ways, and the costs of parts and labor.

2.) You may proceed with our one-time "First Strike" option which entails you (The Customer) paying for the return of this inverter to our facility for further testing at which point we will create a refurbished replacement order. this will obly cover "1" inverter, and not a 2nd. Once shipping costs for your replacement order have been paid your order will be released.
If option 2 is selected, and the replacement unit is damaged due to circumstances that fall out of warranty in the future, Signature Solar will not be responsible for any further replacements and/or refunds pertaining to this situation.
Your ticket information has been forwarded to our RMA team so they may begin their next steps in the return process. Please ensure that all the cables and components that came with the unit are returned with the unit. Additional charges may be applied if all original components/cables are not returned.
Aside from the aforementioned, i can place you in contact with the sales department to have them review any options, sales, events, or inquiries that you may have on the growatt units sir.
