PV isolator disconnect/ PV Combiner or both?

I am about to add 10kw in solar panels to a shed as part of an off-grid system for my home. I already ordered a PV combiner from Watts247 to handle 2 separate strings that feed to 2 Mppt controllers. Do I also need to order two DC Disconnect Rooftop Isolator Switches? Wouldn't the PV combiner box allow me to disconnect the panels using the built-in breaker? I do want to be safe and meet code but do not want to purchase unnecessary components.
