PV isolator switch

After watching this video

I’m a bit concerned that my isolator switch will go up in smoke when I turn it off under load

Does the fact that those panels were short circuited make things look worse than they would normally be?

I am only connecting two 405W panels in series, what kind of PV isolator do you suggest?
