PWM and beginner lithium battery

I have a 24V system with Rich Solar PWM charge controllers.

If I replace FLA batteries with 'All inclusive' Lithium batteries - those with built-in BMS, will that work together?

If your system is 24v AGM now and you replace with 24v LFP, everything will be fine. Some fine tuning in the controller can eek out a little more performance, but the AGM profile is pretty close and will work fine.
