I am getting ready to add power to this vintage camper. All of the old equipment was atere damaged. I was thinking of using a Progressive dynamics PD4100 for my circuit distribution. I would install a Transfer switch to switch between the Power Center and Solar. The plan would be as follows any suggestions appreciated.
1. Install a Transfer switch with shore power running to one side and inverter power running to the other side "LINE POWER".
2. "LOAD POWER" would then run to the Power Center. So depending on what source I would be using the Progressive dynamics PD4100 Power Center would get powered up.
3. All of my AC and DC loads would terminate in the Power Center.
On the Solar side I would have the following.
1. 200W-400W of Solar Panels.
2. 20A-40A MPPT Charge Controller
3. 1500W-2000W Inverter
4. 200W-400W Lithium Battery Bank
5. Battery Monitor
Does this seem like a good approach to a solid setup?
