I have just had my Solax system upgraded to 4 x 5.8kwh slave batteries with a parallel box, from a 5.8kwh master battery and 2 x 5.8kwh slaves.
All 4 batteries have their twin green lights flashing. I assume this shows that they are all charging. The issue is that when viewing activity through the Solax Cloud software, it would appear that only 3 batteries are seen. I have contacted the Solax helpline and they say that there may be an issue with the battery not discharging correctly. They have asked me to contact the installer and get them to check the voltage, which I have done.
Just wonder if anyone else has had this issue? Or any suggestions very welcome.
