Stion 135 Solar Panel comments?

I found a local supply for a few of these panels but when I searched reviews I find only the same videos I watched years ago. Stion 135 with a frame is the model. I realize the company is gone.

Can anyone comment on expected vs real solar output? Longevity? Issues?
