Based on the packaging of my ASF, I have zero concerns with damage. My concern is 2 separate shipments and them not arriving the same time.

Yea, they weren't very reassuring, but you can't always trust reviews... Lots of members here have been running them without issue. My brother has one in his house that's been working well for years. He did have something on it fail shortly after he bought the house but said it was warrantied.

If you do decide to order them I'll be curious if you are hit with an additional weight charge as well or if they have corrected the issue after my experience.

Even better, grid won't even be connected to it, the grid connection is in it's own isolated panel, the only output will be a rectifier for battery charging, if needed. Ahh, I should have been clearer, I can see how my statement was confusing. No grid tie here.... When I find land to build on...
