on Display = 3.06
at Load tester terminals =3.168
At Battery-on top of connectors = 3.188
On Battery Terminals = 3.275
Looks like that rated for 24v. I need 48v. I'm just going to put my own manual override in. Hopefully never to be used but if the BMS fails and I need to use motor in emergency. Rather replace battery bank tham whole boat.

Connect negative lead of cell to resistor I have a 6.8 ohm at hand. Is that too low

Actually I'm doing a test build of 6000mah cylindricals for an ebike to prove out my design and as learning exercise (so far has taught me a lot) so limiting the amperage on balancing is probably a good idea. Im intending to balance 48 of them in parallel. If my math is right that's about 30amps
So I charged an individual 200AH Eve cell to 3.595 volts to do cacity test. I used the cheap tester as tested by Will (I've used it before so I know it works)
