  • Post in thread: Adding a 3rd inverter?

I already have 2 EG4 6500s in split phase. How would I add a 3rd? And will it still remain as split phase
  • Post in thread: Can someone check my math?

Here's the situation, and sorry if this is the wrong forum, 30 x 445w panel 49.5voc 11.44isc Going into 2 eg4 all in ones 6500ex (8000w in, 500voc) each. My plan is to split into 2 sets of 15. Wire 5 panels in series, and paralell 3 groups for each inverter. Does this make sense?
  • Post in thread: Please take a look for anything crazy

It is directional so now i am confused. which is line and which is load. I feel like the inverter side is load...

I am not sure what the range is, it just tells me 500vdc. I am assuming 250 per mppt since they both have 2

  • Post in thread: Wiring directly to 200 amp main breaker

In wiring a split phase totally off grid system, what are the benefits of using a 60a breaker instead of just wiring the 2 hot leads directly to the main breaker?

  • Post in thread: Panel box question

Good day. I am in the process of building a new home 3b 2 bath 1800 sq ft in eastern Kentucky. Power company quoted 46000 to run electric. Now, I plan on wiring the home myself, as I know how to run wiring, install breakers, etc... 13kw system to me seems large enough, with enough battery...
