What difference does it make when you charge from pv? Maybe more batteries so you don't have to charge overnight.

You might not need an interconnection agreement if the inverter cannot export to the grid, such as the 6000xp.

A CT measures the power flow. If you put it on the line to the meter, the inverter can zero power movement across that point.
