All voltages test correctly at cells and at connector. All cells balanced JBD 200a 4s Only balance leads and BT connected so far

I'm mounting 2 panels on a radar arch and looking for ideas for install. The top of the arch isn't big enough to fasten all corners I have aluminum angle and contemplating creating a 1 piece frame from aluminum sheet, attaching panels to sheet and sheet to arch Also thinking of attaching...

I'd like to secure my batteries either in a plastic battery case or using tie downs. I don't want to build a wooden battery box What do you use to keep your batteries still?

Has anyone drilled into the cross bars that run the short length of the panel?
