hey there... today i've got 42.5kwh produced with about 11kwp... it was sunny day over here :-D

i got 2 sma inverters.... sunny boy 5000tl-21 and a sunny boy 5.0 both with 5.5kwp solar panels!!! derating is my guess because of temperature in the inverter!!!

use the ennexos to change the settings of the unit.. forget the explorer :-D ennexos.sunnyportal.com

check temperature of inverter when that error appears

how much panels you have per string/mppt... could be also too much voltage per string.... check inverters capability per mppt

hi there..,. i got an sunnyboy 5000tl-21 that need to change from 195volt to 181volt min to inverter doesnt disconnet from grid... anyone with the magic grid guard code that can supply? i tryed sma and strock out :(

did you tried to add the plant in ennexos from sunnyportal?

already tried 2x to them to upgrade my account without any luck :/

the inverter is configurated to disconnect from grid at 195volts.... i need to change it to 181v thats the min it can go... has i am an home user?!? they dont send that magic grid code, that said only installers can have it :|

grid voltage goes up and down several times in the day... and when goes below 195 inverter needs about 6 minutes to get the 195+volt to get back to work...my inverter is working here for a few years... and i wasnt able to change those settings... its a pain seeing inverter at 14pm disconneted...

you can use annexos from sma to "tweak" the inverter without the grid guard code :) just create account there.. add your system into it and then check inverter parameters

lo there.... so .. where do you guys activate reactive power in your inverters?!?! i got 1 5000tl-21 and i cant see that option nowhere .X
